Similar skill and intensity level to our Level 1 Flow, but with the addition of a little heat! This class is applicable for any level of experience, though extra time will be taken to help beginner yogis grow and get used to light heat.
If you have a good grasp of basic postures enjoy practicing in a non-heated space, then you will love Level 3 Flow! This class offers more challenging sequencing and the addition of optional advanced postures will allow you to stretch further in your practice without the extra sweat!
For yogis who love to sweat and take a more athletic approach to their asana! Some yoga experience is suggested, but not mandatory for this heated class. Bring water and a towel for your mat, and get ready for an hour of powerful vinyasa.
